Dear [recipient's name]:

I recently received my Primary Bank credit card statement, dated 5/15/11, for account number 9293-3332-2214. That statement lists a late payment fee of $25 and an over-limit charge of $30. It also lists an interest fee of $67.44.

I am contacting you to dispute these charges. I made my payment of $50 via your Web site on 5/5/11, so there should not be a late payment fee, as the payment was due on 5/10/11. Also, my account balance is $565.57, which is less than the limit of $600, so the over-limit fee is also incorrect. Finally, the interest fee is too high, in light of the 5% interest rate on my account.

I am requesting that you reverse these charges immediately. Please call me at (215) 555-1212 to resolve this. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
