I had purchased a microwave oven, model no. _____ from one of your company’s local dealer on Feb 3, _____ with the following invoice no. _____. Just recently I have been experiencing some problems with the product. Which I would like to have rectified.

This product was purchased from ________ appliance store, and I would like to bring it to your notice that the above appliance store have recently experienced a fire and are, therefore unable to provide any after sales services.

Henceforth may I have your authorization to send the microwave oven to your factory for further repairs.
