Dear [recipient's name]:

Thank you for discussing with me the upcoming construction project that our company has planned. I appreciate you taking the time to obtain all of the necessary details so that you could generate a quote. I have just received the detailed quote that you and your staff put together for us. It looks thorough and complete, and I will need to take some time to review it.

I will get back to you if I have any questions or need further information pertaining to the quote. Otherwise, I plan to make a final decision on the project funding by the end of next week. I will contact you around that time to let you know whether I approve the quote and whether we plan to move forward with the project. Thank you again for working with me and for providing this quote.

Sincerely,
