A Follow up Letter is important for many occasions. Many stores use Follow up Letters to contact previous customers, gain new customers, promote sales events, etc. Art Guilds use them to invite previous art show attendees to special art shows. Non-profit organizations use them to solicit funding. The list is endless. A Follow up Letter is also used to provide additional information or to clarify information. They also are used to announce future meetings. The following Sample Follow up Letter is a letter announcing future meetings and soliciting participation.
